Terms and Conditions for Online Food Order

•  Online Food order is only applicable between Partner-restaurants and member ID holders of banglarestora.com which is a pioneer project of Source Code Solution.

•  Order more than BDT 5000 will be delivered.

•  Online ordered food will be delivered to Dhaka and Chittagong city only.

•  Participating members will have to pay 50% in advance to the total value of the online ordered food to Source Code Solution. Rest will be realized upon delivery of the food.

•  Participating members will be charged 10% as a service charge to the total value of the ordered food for delivery.

•  No urgent delivery system. Order food online at least 24 hrs before and no cancellation will be accepted.

•  Source Code Solution does not negotiate or guarantee prices or terms made available by participating restaurants to members through the Membership Card Program, and it is strongly recommended that members research and compare prices, levels of service, and consider any other relevant factors before making any order for food online.

•  Source Code Solution shall not be liable for any quality and quantity of the online ordered food. Please note that Source Code Solution will only act as a mediator between participating partner-restaurants and banglarestora.com members only.

•  Source Code Solution will not take any responsibility in case of inaccurate address of delivery. Participating members must be accurate in giving away the address where the online ordered food will be delivered.
