How can I collect Member ID card?

Member ID card will be provided to you by courier or you can collect it from your convenient Discount Card Collection Point (see this link for nationwide card collection point) or directly contact with our Dhaka / Chittagong Office.

Is there any fee applicable?

But collecting by courier you have to pay extra BDT 100 for local and USD 30 for NRB
