You have to show your member id card.

How can I collect Member ID card?

Member Id card will be provided to you by courier or you can collect it from your convenient collection point (see this link for nationwide card collection point) or directly contact with our Dhaka / Chittagong Office.

Is there any fee applicable?

Only Membership Fee

But collecting by courier you have to pay extra BDT 100 for local and USD 30 for NRB

How can I pay you for collecting card by courier?

You have to send A/C payee Cheque/Payorder as name Source code solution.

Reward point is a feature in banglarestora.com for valuable member.

Whenever member orders food or book any restaurant or write any nice comments/news on any restaurant he or she will earn reward point.

What is the benefit?

Member can claim free gifts like T-shirt,Mug,Cap,Dinner coupon, Airline Ticket based on reward point you earned.

What is the procedure to know my reward point status?

Login at banglarestora.com by your user id and password.You will get your reward point status.

How many days it will take to deliver free gifts to me?

It will take generally 10-15 working days.

Discount club is organized by banglarestora.com with its Partner Restaurants

What is its objective?

Its objective is to enjoy food in all partner restaurants with discount and ensure better services in dining. At the end to create a Standard World Class Food System in Bangladesh

Need to fill up Member signup form, which is available in all card collection centers.

Where can I collect my discount card?

How many people can enjoy discount with one discount card?

Yes. It's up to restaurants management but we recommend maximum five family members or friends can avail discount with one discount card.

How can I remember which restaurant have discount facility?

You will see a Member Card Accept Stand in all partner Restaurants.

If any restaurant refuses to give discount what will I do?

Yes. In this case please call hotline for necessary support.

In case of Card lost where will I report?

Please mail to memberservices@banglarestora.com or you can contact physically to our office address.

Is there any replacement fees?

Yes. That is BDT 200

How you r maintaining member card security?

Yes. We are maintaining security with your mobile no. So please update us instantly if your mobile number is lost or changed.

Is there any reward point or free gifts for member?

Yes. Reward Point feature will be added soon, by which member can earn point in Online restaurant booking or food order through banglarestora.com

Free gift voucher will be available based on reward point.
